Greetings to you!

My name is Nino DA SILVA, I am 18 years old and I am doing this project as part of my studies at the MMI department in Montbéliard.

Notes for later is a project that aims to leave a message; or rather, according to me, an overview of today's world for future generations.

There are different contents presented in this project:

a place, a book, a film, a music, a fear and a hope of our generation.

So I chose to present Pink Street as the first place: a very popular area in Lisbon (Portugal), where the atmosphere seems to be very pleasant.

Portugal is a destination that is very close to my heart because I have been lucky enough to go there almost every year with my family since I was a child.

And so Pink Street could be one of my future travel destinations.

As a book, I chose Divergente because I liked the dystopian universe that is set up. The fact that author Veronica Roth chose to keep the city of Chicago in her story gives a direct link with reality.

I chose to present Chappie because it is a film that particularly marked me. When I went to see it in the cinema in 2015, the violence of the film was beyond all my expectations (for my young age). But it is mainly because of the theme of artificial intelligence and new technologies that I chose it.

The music Mon précieux by Soprano deals with the problem of our dependence on smartphones. Soprano talks about concrete problems, as Orelsan does in his songs.

So that's why I selected it.

Personally, I fear that one day we will lose control of our creations. Like in some apocalyptic scenarios where the machine overcomes the human and revolts against its creator.

But I dream that it will be possible to find alternatives, conceivable on a large scale, that will allow us to move everywhere without problems and without destroying the planet we live on. The evolution of the way of thinking and habits of some people gives me hope.
